HOW DO I HIRE YOUR SERVICE?
To provide accuracy of quote, please provide the details needed in connect with us: date, location of the event, and send a photo inspiration (if
any) via email or text. Please note there is a minimum purchase fee of $200 to secure our services.
HOW TO RESERVE THE DATE?
To secure the date, we require 50% deposit via Zelle. We honor first come first serve basis to first client that reserved the date requested. We
provide Client Invoice that serves as proof of receipt and a contract agreement.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE?
To be able to deliver custom colors of the balloons/ or any request specifically requested by the client, we request 30 days in advance to reserve
the date with a deposit.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW FOR AN OUTDOOR EVENT SETUP?
For an outdoor event setup, please note that some balloon decors may be affected by temperature and humidity, something that Balloon
DesignHers cannot be held liable for. We will not be held liable for the reaction of any balloon decor to the weather or uncontrollable acts of
nature including but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme heat. We never guarantee perfect results for any installation done outdoors or in these
uncontrollable situations.
HOW MUCH TIME IS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION?
We request a minimum of 2 hours to provide the full details with the desired service requested.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE MY OWN BACKDROP OR EQUIPMENT FOR THE BALLOONS?
Client will be responsible for their own equipment setup prior to balloon installation. Additional fee will be charged if assistance is needed for
Client's equipment.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR THE EVENT SETUP?
We request Client to clear the area where the balloons will be installed. We are not responsible for moving furniture or other equipment.
WHAT IF I DAMAGED/ LOST ANY EQUIPMENT?
Client will be responsible to pay any damaged or lost equipment. Amount of damage will be assessed upon pick up.
DO YOU CHARGE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FEE?
Yes, delivery and setup charge fee vary depending on the location, duration of the set up and if any additional equipment is required.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
In the event that the Client cancels or postpones any installations, rentals, and or decorations for the event, the deposit will not be refunded. A
credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date.
